Yaskawa Industrial Robots
The Yaskawa MPX2600 is a 6-axis industrial robot designed for painting applications involving complex geometries, including internal and external surfaces. It combines high speed, precision and payload capacity, making it suitable for demanding coating processes.
It features a payload of up to 15 kg at the wrist and 20 kg on the U-axis, allowing the integration of multiple applicators and larger spraying equipment.
The hollow wrist design, with a 70 mm internal diameter, enables internal routing of cables and hoses, facilitating the integration of painting equipment. The large internal diameter of the arm optimizes hose routing and reduces the risk of interference between paint and air lines.
The robot also includes a leakage compensation system to maintain positive pressure, reducing air consumption compared to conventional airflow systems.
