Yaskawa Industrial Robots
The Yaskawa MPX1950 is a 6-axis industrial robot designed for painting applications involving small parts, combining high speed, precision and installation flexibility. It features a payload of up to 7 kg and a maximum reach of 1450 mm.
This model is engineered for painting operations requiring high application quality and efficient integration into automated cells. Its hollow wrist design allows the integration of paint applicators and spraying equipment, supporting an organized setup and reducing interference.
The compact design and reduced interference contours enable installation in high-density cells. The robot can be mounted on the floor, wall or ceiling, providing flexibility across different production layouts.
The robot is controlled by the DX200 controller and can be optionally equipped with the Functional Safety Unit (FSU) for advanced safety functions.
It also features a leakage compensation system to maintain positive pressure, reducing air consumption compared to conventional airflow systems.
