AR3120

The Yaskawa AR3120 is a 6-axis industrial robot designed for arc welding applications requiring extended motion range and high path accuracy. It is the longest reach model in the AR series, featuring a payload of up to 20 kg and a maximum reach of 3124 mm, enabling efficient welding of large components.

The hollow arm structure allows internal routing of welding cables and wire feed, reducing external interference and supporting compact welding cell integration.

The AR3120 offers simplified programming and a high degree of motion flexibility. Its aerodynamic and slightly curved arm design reduces interference with fixtures and workpieces, enhancing application flexibility.

The robot is controlled by the Yaskawa YRC1000, which provides a wide range of functions specifically developed for arc welding applications, simplifying both programming and operation.
