AR1440

The Yaskawa AR1440 is a 6-axis industrial robot designed for arc welding applications requiring high speed, precision and reliability, even in demanding industrial conditions. It features a payload of up to 12 kg and a maximum reach of 1440 mm, making it suitable for welding large and hard-to-access components.

The 50 mm hollow arm design allows full integration of the welding torch cabling through the robot arm, reducing the risk of collisions with the workpiece or other robots within the cell. The integration of the wire feed cable and air connections through the base enables an extended rotation range of over 340°, increasing application flexibility.
