PL800

The Yaskawa PL800 is the highest payload model in Yaskawa’s palletizing robot range, designed for applications requiring very high load handling in end-of-line operations. With a 4-axis configuration, it offers a payload of up to 800 kg, a horizontal reach of 3159 mm, and a vertical reach of 2624 mm.

This model is engineered for intensive palletizing applications, including boxes, packages and large loads, maintaining stability and precision even under heavy payloads.

Equipped with Yaskawa servo motors, the PL800 delivers high acceleration, energy efficiency and consistent performance. The Yaskawa YRC1000 controller enables integration with the Functional Safety Unit (FSU) and MotoLogix®, allowing programming via PLC function blocks.

Internal cable routing, combined with the compact design of the PL series, ensures a robust, organized installation adaptable to different industrial layouts.
