PL500

The Yaskawa PL500 is a 4-axis industrial robot designed for high-capacity palletizing applications, as well as end-of-line logistics and packaging solutions.

It features a vertical reach of 3024 mm and a horizontal reach of 3159 mm, and can handle payloads of up to 500 kg, delivering high performance in heavy palletizing operations.

The robot can achieve up to 1200 cycles per hour in box palletizing applications, combining high acceleration and speed with operational stability. Its robust structure ensures consistent performance even at maximum payload.

The PL500 is controlled by the Yaskawa YRC1000 and can be optionally equipped with the Functional Safety Unit (FSU), Category 3, providing advanced safety functions.

The robot features an IP54 protection rating, suitable for industrial environments. Integration is facilitated by internal routing of cables and pneumatic lines, improving system reliability and reducing external interference.
