MPP3S

The Yaskawa MPP3S is a delta robot designed for applications requiring high speed, precision and repeatability in pick-and-place processes. It combines the typical speed of delta architecture with a payload of up to 3 kg and a compact working area.

It is designed for demanding applications in the food and pharmaceutical sectors, integrating into robotic picking and end-of-line packaging solutions.

The MPP3S achieves up to 150 cycles per minute with a 3 kg payload and up to 185 cycles per minute with a 1 kg payload, ensuring high performance in high-throughput operations.

It features a vertical stroke of 300 mm and a working area of 800 mm, making it suitable for compact cells. The IP67 protection rating and ISO Class 5 cleanroom certification (depending on operating speed) allow use in environments with strict cleanliness requirements.
