HC20DT

The Yaskawa HC20DT is a 6-axis collaborative robot designed for industrial applications requiring high payload capacity and operational flexibility. With a payload of up to 20 kg and an effective reach of approximately 1700 mm (maximum reach up to 1900 mm), it is ideal for applications such as machine tending, handling, palletizing and packaging.

Depending on the risk assessment, the robot can operate without additional safety devices, reducing both floor space requirements and integration costs. Operator safety is ensured by Smart Safety technology, which detects contact and automatically stops robot motion.

The HC20DT complies with key safety standards, including ISO 10218-1 (5.10.5 – power and force limiting), features a protection rating of IP67, and includes FGG (Food Grade Grease) certification, allowing use in applications involving food contact or wash-down environments.
