GP7 FGG

The Yaskawa GP7 FGG is a compact, high-speed 6-axis industrial robot, developed for handling and packaging applications in the food industry. With a payload of up to 7 kg, it is suitable for operations requiring precision, reliability and high hygiene standards.

This model uses Food Grade Grease (FGG), enabling use in applications involving indirect contact with food products, particularly in secondary and tertiary packaging processes. Its optimized design prevents the accumulation of particles and liquids on the robot surface, facilitating cleaning and supporting hygienic production environments.

The GP7 FGG is designed to maximize productivity, allowing the handling of a wide range of parts and the integration of various grippers or end-of-arm tools. Optimized acceleration and deceleration control reduces cycle times across different operations, ensuring consistent performance in demanding applications.

Its modern, optimized industrial design ensures reduced interference contours and efficient use of space within the work cell.
