GP360

The Yaskawa GP360 is a 6-axis industrial robot designed for applications requiring high payload capacity, structural rigidity and operational reliability. It features a payload of up to 360 kg and a maximum reach of 2832 mm, making it suitable for demanding industrial processes involving large components.

Its parallel-link arm structure provides high rigidity and stability, even when handling loads with high inertia. Reinforced bearings ensure smooth and controlled motion, contributing to continuous operation and extended service life.

The GP360 is suitable for applications such as handling, machine tending, assembly, distribution, dispensing and palletizing, and is particularly effective in the automotive industry and in operations involving large metal structures or battery modules.

For applications requiring enhanced safety, the robot can be optionally equipped with the Functional Safety Unit (FSU), rated PL d, Category 3, enabling advanced safety functions in demanding production environments.
