GP25

The Yaskawa GP25 is a 6-axis industrial robot designed for versatile applications including handling, assembly, CNC machine tending, packaging and general material handling tasks. It offers a payload of up to 25 kg, a reach of 1730 mm, and a repeatability of ±0.02 mm, ensuring reliable precision and performance in demanding production environments.

The robot provides an optimized balance between payload, speed and allowable wrist inertia, enabling high acceleration and dynamic performance. Its compact industrial design minimizes installation space requirements and reduces interference with peripheral equipment, allowing efficient integration into compact production cells. The internal routing of cables through the hollow arm further supports clean integration and reduced interference contours.

The GP25 is controlled by the Yaskawa YRC1000 controller, offering a wide range of programming and operational functions, including support for the Smart Pendant.

The robot features a high IP67 protection rating, ensuring resistance to dust and liquids. Optional versions are available, including models with food-grade lubrication, anti-corrosion coating for harsh environments, and cleanroom specifications, allowing adaptation to specific application requirements.
