GP12

The Yaskawa GP12 is a fast and precise 6-axis industrial robot, developed for handling and assembly applications requiring extended reach. It features a payload of up to 12 kg, a reach of 1440 mm, and a repeatability of ±0.08 mm, ensuring reliable performance across a wide range of industrial processes.

Its modern, aerodynamic design enables efficient use of space within the production cell. The internal routing of cables through the hollow arm facilitates the integration of various end-of-arm tools, reducing the need for external cabling and minimizing interference contours.

The GP12 is compatible with the Yaskawa YRC1000 and YRC1000micro controllers, offering a wide range of functionalities for different levels of application complexity. When used with the standard Teach Pendant, it provides a reliable solution for industrial engineering applications, while the Smart Pendant offers an intuitive programming interface, ideal for less experienced users.

As standard, the robot features an IP67 protection rating, ensuring robustness in demanding industrial environments. Optional versions are available with food-grade grease, anti-corrosion coating for harsh environments, and cleanroom specifications, allowing adaptation to specific application requirements.
