GP10

The Yaskawa GP10 is a fast and highly precise 6-axis industrial robot, designed for handling, assembly, CNC machine tending and packaging applications. It features a payload of up to 10 kg, a reach of 1101 mm, and a repeatability of ±0.015 mm, ensuring reliable and consistent performance in demanding industrial environments.

Its compact and lightweight design, combined with multiple mounting options, enables efficient integration into space-constrained work areas, providing high flexibility in cell layout and configuration.

The GP10 is equipped with an integrated Ethernet cable (Cat6A), allowing direct connection of advanced end-of-arm tools such as smart grippers and vision systems, without the need for additional communication modules. This simplifies integration and reduces overall system complexity.

Compatible with the Yaskawa YRC1000 and YRC1000micro controllers, the robot offers a wide range of functionalities. The Smart Pendant provides an intuitive programming interface for new users, while the standard Teach Pendant enables advanced programming for experienced operators.

The manipulator features IP67 protection on all axes, ensuring durability and reliable operation in harsh industrial environments. Versions with anti-corrosion coating and integrated force-sensing cables are also available, allowing adaptation to specific application requirements.
