Yaskawa Industrial Robots
The Yaskawa AR2010 is a 6-axis industrial robot designed for arc welding applications requiring high path accuracy and an extended working range. It features a payload of up to 12 kg and a maximum reach of 2010 mm, enabling efficient welding of large components.
The arm design allows internal routing of welding cables and wire feed through to the torch, reducing external interference and supporting compact cell integration.
The AR2010 offers simplified programming and a high degree of motion flexibility. The wire feeder can be mounted on the third axis, enabling a short distance and centralized wire supply to the welding torch, improving process stability.
Its aerodynamic and slightly curved arm structure reduces interference with peripheral equipment and workpieces, enhancing application flexibility.
The robot is controlled by the Yaskawa YRC1000, which provides a wide range of functions specifically developed for arc welding applications, simplifying both programming and operation.
