PL320

The Yaskawa PL320 is a 4-axis industrial robot designed for high-capacity, high-performance palletizing applications. It features a maximum reach of 3159 mm and a stacking height exceeding 2600 mm, enabling efficient coverage of large working areas in end-of-line operations. The parallel-link arm structure provides increased stability and supports a maximum payload of up to 320 kg.

The PL320 is equipped with Yaskawa servo motors, delivering high acceleration, increased speed and improved energy efficiency. Its compact design without a counterbalance mechanism facilitates integration into space-constrained cells.

Internal cable routing enhances system reliability and installation organization. The robot is controlled by the Yaskawa YRC1000 and can be optionally equipped with the Functional Safety Unit (FSU) for advanced safety functions. It can also be programmed via PLC function blocks using MotoLogix®.
