The Yaskawa PL190 is a 4-axis industrial robot designed for high-performance palletizing applications. It features a maximum reach of 3159 mm and a stacking height exceeding 2600 mm, enabling efficient palletizing across large working areas. The parallel-link arm structure provides increased stability and supports a maximum payload of up to 190 kg.

The PL190 is equipped with Yaskawa servo motors, delivering high acceleration, increased speed and improved energy efficiency. The robot is controlled by the Yaskawa YRC1000 and can be optionally equipped with the Functional Safety Unit (FSU) for advanced safety functions.

Its compact design without a counterbalance mechanism simplifies integration into space-constrained cells. Internal cable routing improves system reliability and installation organization. The robot can also be programmed via PLC function blocks using MotoLogix®.
